We are Residential Leaseholders at a small building on the Shirland Road, W9, London. We bought building insurance from London Flats Insurance, who is actually Residentsline.
It has been extremely challenging for us (27+ polite and pleading emails), to get the full remuneration information for the London Flats Insurance Scheme by Residentsline, as they will not provide it.
FCA Regulations entitle policy holders to the FULL Remuneration information, defined as “any commission, fee, charge or other payment, including an economic benefit of any kind or any other financial or non-financial advantage or incentive offered or given in respect of insurance distribution activities”
